What is the GAICC Authorized Training Partner programme?

The GAICC ATP programme enables qualified training organisations to deliver GAICC AI governance and ISO/IEC 42001:2023 certification courses. As an ATP, you gain access to official courseware, exam materials, branding rights, and dedicated support to deliver certifications in your region — without having to build a course or become a certifying body yourself.

What's the difference between the three tiers?

Channel Partner (US$2,950/yr) is for boutique providers launching their AI governance practice. Strategic Partner (US$9,950/yr) adds higher revenue share, marketing assets, featured listing, and an expanded Govern365.ai bonus. White Label Partner (US$19,500/yr) adds the highest revenue share, full white-label rights, a co-branded landing page, marketing strategy consultation, and Govern365.ai reseller rights with lifetime client commissions.

Can I pay now via Stripe, or do I have to talk first?

You’ll be authorized to deliver all GAICC certifications including the complete ISO/IEC 42001:2023 suite (Foundation, Lead Implementer, Senior Lead Implementer, Internal Auditor, Lead Auditor, Senior Lead Auditor) plus the Certified AI Law & Compliance Professional (CAILCP), AI Cost & Control Professional (AICCP), and Certified Professional in AI Governance (CPAIG).

Can I deliver training online, in-person, or both?

GAICC supports flexible delivery models. Authorized partners can offer courses online (instructor-led virtual), in-person (face-to-face), self-paced eLearning resold via the GAICC learning portal, or a blended model — depending on capabilities and regional demand.

Who is eligible to apply for the ATP programme?

Our programme maintains open eligibility — anyone can apply. There are no specific training backgrounds or minimum company registration periods required, allowing any motivated organisation to apply and build their AI governance training practice. Decisions are returned within 2 business days.

Can partners resell GAICC products?

Yes. Partners can resell GAICC memberships, self-paced courses, and exam vouchers at exclusive partner rates. You can bundle these with your own training services. All final exams and memberships are completed through GAICC.

What support does GAICC provide to partners?
