The GAICC-CAILCP Course is a practitioner-level, forward-looking programme designed for legal and compliance professionals operating in an increasingly complex global AI regulatory landscape. Built around the mantra “AI for Lawyers. Laws for AI”, this programme delivers dual competency: mastering the laws governing AI systems, and leveraging AI tools to transform legal practice.

The programme combines mandatory pre-course self-study (8–10 hours) with two intensive live training days covering 12 modules across 8 domains — from multi-jurisdictional regulatory analysis and technical risk architecture to hands-on AI policy drafting, crisis simulation, and emerging AGI governance.

Yes. The GAICC-CAILCP certification is approved by CPD Standard Office, UK, and is designed for professionals operating across global jurisdictions. The curriculum covers EU, US, UK, APAC, Middle East, and China regulatory frameworks.
Applicants must meet education, experience, and training criteria. Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of relevant experience, OR secondary qualification + 5 years of experience. Plus completion of the GAICC-CAILCP programme (24–26 contact hours) or equivalent approved training.
The exam consists of 60 scenario-based multiple-choice questions to be completed in 90 minutes, delivered through the GAICC Online AI-Proctored Testing Platform. The passing score is 70% with no negative marking.
You will receive 16 CPD/PDU hours upon completion of the course.

Each candidate receives one complimentary retake within the one-year eligibility period if the first attempt is unsuccessful. GAICC members also receive one free exam retake within 12 months. Additional retakes may be purchased at a discounted fee.

The certification is valid for 3 years. Renewal requires a minimum of 60 CPD hours across four categories: Professional Learning (20 hrs), Practical Application (20 hrs), Contribution & Knowledge Sharing (10 hrs), and Elective Activities (10 hrs).
