No prior experience is required. However, having relevant knowledge or experience is recommended to help you get the most out of the course.

You will receive 32 CPD/PDU hours upon completion of the Lead Implementer course.

Yes. You may attend the Lead Implementer Course to gain knowledge and CPD/PDUs without attempting the exam.

The exam is scenario-based (online proctored) and consists of 60 multiple-choice questions to be completed in 50 minutes.

GAICC members are eligible for one exam voucher per certification. If you do not pass the certification exam on your first attempt, you will need to pay the applicable exam fee to take the next attempt.
The certification is valid for 3 years. Renewal requires proof of 32 CPD credits.
